First of all Arabic channels have just aired the video of Shalit , those expensive 60 seconds that prove he is a live and fine not to mention healthy
I will work to post it here. Shalit looks fine in fact great unlike the Palestinian and Arab prisoners. Shalit’s message was recorded last September 14, 2009 as the newspaper he was holding showed the date.

Today earlier Israel has released 19 female prisoners for those important 60 seconds, very important 60 seconds which are recorded for sure.
I want to say something , this small deal is very important , yes most of those 19 female prisoners were going to be released sooner next year but the fact that for just 60 seconds , 19 prisoners were released after years of negotiations.
Israel did not win in this deal as much as both Hamas and Omar Soliman did and I say Omar Soliman because this is a bounce for his foreign policies political record.
Here are the complete of the Palestinian female prisoners freed today by the Israeli forces :
- Ayat Kisi “Original release date: November 18, 2009. “

Does it suprise anyone in the world that the IDF would start an investigation concerning misconduct in the war of Gaza and not to reach to a condemnation to the IDF officers and soldiers conduct ???
Well according to the investigation panel announced by the IDF,all those claims of misconduct are just rumors !!!???
I am not surprised really because the Masada army never does anything wrong !!! All that WP used was not a misconduct in fact it should be used against the civilians taking shelter in UN buildings !!!!!
This is an expected result ,already this investigation was announced to enhance the ugly image of the IDF in the world after the Gaza war.

The Palestinian Holocaust Museum is a virtual museum includes the testimonies of the Israeli war crimes against the Palestinians . The museum is a modest virtual attempt to show the world the reality of what is going in Palestine from continuing war crimes not only against Palestinians but against human mankind.
The website includes the photos of the victims who are mainly children with their information, the weapons used in those war crimes and the international testimonies against these war crimes.
Please spread this website because it is the truth the Israeli war machine media does not want to let the world know about

The Palestinian Holocaust Musuem
Well it won’t be big surprise after all most of the Israeli leaders including the founding fathers of the Hebrew state according to international laws and agreements were and are war criminals.

Moshe Ya'alon
Moshe Ya’alon ,the current vice prime minister of Israel is a war criminal and he canceled his trip to London 4 years ago for fear he would be arrested for war crimes.Ya’alon ,the former chief of staff in IDF was behind the assassination of Hamas Salah Shehadeh. In that operation 14 people were killed including women and children in Gaza.
Ya’alon ,the Likud member was expected to become the new defense minister in Bibi’s cabinet but I believe “Bibi” knows that “Boogie” is in a deep trouble and thuse he decided to give him an honoury position. Yes it is just an honoury position and title according to their point of view. Again it is not a surprise the Israeli cabinets since the founding of the Hebrew State was full of war criminals and some of them were considered as terrorists by UK like Yitzhar Shamir. “Of course the list is too long to be mentioned in one post”

I know that you probably think that online petitions are useless but they are not because I believe they are another form of expression available to the people around the world.
This petition is special , it is an international petition to the UN General Assembly to set up a special international penal court to try Israeli war crimes, notably in the Gaza Strip.
It is published by the French Palestine Solidarity Association, I hope that more people sign this petition to show that we have not forgotten what happened in Gaza and we want justice.
What happened in Gaza was a war crime by all means.

British Independent published a very interesting interview with an Israeli ex-death squad Soldier. The former soldier participated in the assassination operation of Jamal Abdel Razeq and another Palestinian militant from 8 years ago. The problem is that those two militants were not killed alone , two bystanders were killed two. The soldier can’t forget up till now how terrible it was to kill innocent civilian . Up till now that soldier has not told his parents and up till now he is suffering from the consequence.
You can read the whole interview here .

This week the first Arab league investigation delegation went to Gaza to investigate the IDF war crimes against the Palestinian citizens. I was so happy when I read the news making the headlines whether in the Arab world or Israel despite there was not much comment about it. The delegation will document those crimes in order to escalate the matter in front of the ICC.
This is the first delegation with such mission to be sent from the Arab League as far as I remember, this is so promising for sure. I read before that the Arab league was going to sent an investigation delegation to Gaza but to be honest I did not believe that they were serious.
I hope that they continue to be serious and try to push this matter to the ICC

The Jordanian Parliament did not go to the ICC to sue Israel for the war crimes done in Gaza as it was announced. The parliament decided to delay the visit of the head of legal committee in the parliament to the ICC to unknown date.
The Jordanian MP Mubarak Abu Yamin ,the head of the legal committee was going to meet Ocampo on Wednesday in the Hague to present a memo by the name of the Jordanian Parliament to sue the IDF war criminals.
But suddenly the visit was delayed or rather cancelled for the some unknown reasons. Mr. Abu Yamin said that there were only procedural problems where as many MPs said that there were pressures from outside the Parliament to cancel this visit.
Some unnamed source said to Al Jazeera.net that Jordan could not handle the implications of such move , it would open the door of hell on the small country that already is having bad relations with Israel on the unofficial level that reflected by its turn on the official level.
I think this is right but if all the Arab countries parliaments stand with the Jordanian Parliament in its daring great move, there will be no danger on Jordan. Read more... (238 words, estimated 57 secs reading time)
IDF colonel leaves speaking tour of UK for fear of arrest
This news is great and it is not the first time it happens , I think Michel Messiah is behind this court order . I wish Egyptian activists in UK would do the same regarding the POWs cases
I also wish that the British government and the Israeli government will fail in changing these laws.
It is disgusting how Israel wants to change the laws of other countries to suit it where as it claims it is the democracy oasis in the dictatorship desert in the Middle East. If it were a democratic country then it would respect that this law was legislated and approved in a democraticy system by the representatives of the public in a free country.
I hope that general won’t be the last one not to enter Europe for fear of the arrest. In fact I hope one of those generals one day would be arrested and sued in the ICC
